The Porsche NACS DC Adapter enables DC charging at over 23,500 NACS stations throughout North America—designed for the safety, compatibility, and performance of your Porsche vehicle.

Built specifically for use with all-electric Porsche vehicles, this OEM-approved adapter supports up to 430 amps and 1,000 volts. Featuring advanced safety features, including locking mechanisms at both ends of the connector, the adapter ensures a secure connection from start to finish and is UL2252 certified.

Compact and easy to store, the adapter comes with a protective case and an owner’s manual for added convenience on every trip. Simply plug the adapter into your vehicle’s CCS1 port and a NACS DC charging station.

Where to use the Porsche NACS CC adapter

The Porsche NACS DC adapter offers the flexibility to charge your all-electric Porsche on various charging networks, including Tesla® Superchargers and many others.

For your safety, Porsche recommends using only the approved Porsche NACS DC adapter, compatible with your Porsche BEV on all NACS DC fast charging stations.

Note:

This adapter is for DC (Direct Current) fast charging only and is not compatible with Level 1 or Level 2 AC (Alternating Current) chargers (such as home, destination, or mobile chargers).

NACS (also referred to as SAE J3400) is a charging standard adopted across North America.

Can I charge my Porsche plug-in hybrid with a NACS DC adapter?

No, Porsche plug-in hybrids can only be charged with the J1772 standard. The NACS DC adapter is only approved for DC fast charging.

Can I use my Porsche NACS CC adapter at Tesla Destination Chargers or at home with a NACS charger?

No. The Porsche NACS CC Adapter is not compatible with Level 1 or 2 Alternating Current (AC) chargers, including Tesla Destination Chargers and home chargers with NACS connectors.

Which Tesla Superchargers are compatible?

Generation 3 (V3) and newer superchargers will be accessible to Porsche customers. All-electric Porsche vehicles will be able to use their My Porsche app and the Porsche Charging Planner to find specific chargers.
