When you make a purchase on our online store, we require your contact information to send you your transaction receipt. Additionally, we may need to contact you if you purchase specific items that require installation on your vehicle before or after delivery, or to arrange pickup or delivery options with you, if applicable.

If you have just purchased a Porsche vehicle and wish to add accessories before taking possession of it, the warranty will be 4 years or 80,000 km, which is the same as your new Porsche. In addition, since the accessories are installed by our specialists, you can be sure to fully utilize their capabilities, in complete safety. If you purchase an accessory for your current vehicle and have it installed by our specialists, it will be covered by a 2-year warranty with unlimited mileage. In case of a problem, we invite you to contact us during the warranty period to have your accessory checked by one of our certified Porsche technicians.

When purchasing an accessory or a part for your Porsche, a Porsche specialist will contact you to offer a service appointment for its installation. This way, you will benefit from the expertise of our Porsche-certified technicians. You can also install it yourself. However, we recommend proceeding with caution to ensure that your item's manufacturer warranty remains valid and to avoid damaging your Porsche. Our online store offers several quick and easy payment methods: by credit card via our secure payment platform or via Paypal. If you will be taking delivery of your new vehicle soon, you can select the "Pre-Delivery Payment" option. This will allow you to complete your order, and a specialist will contact you to finalize everything.

Anyone can make a mistake! If the product you ordered is not the right size or no longer suits you, we will exchange it or refund it within 30 days. REFUND POLICY

Our return policy is 30 days following the purchase or delivery (if applicable) of the product. After this 30-day period, no item can be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been used or worn, and must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase with the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. Automotive aesthetic or maintenance products that have been opened, such as gasoline additives or leather seat care products, cannot be returned. Wheels and tires cannot be returned if they have been used. Equipment and accessories that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some items available in our online store must be installed on a vehicle. Although we offer an installation service for these accessories by our Porsche specialists, it is your right to want to install them yourself. We cannot be held responsible by you or a third party for the non-functionality or damage caused to your vehicle due to an installation that does not comply with manufacturer standards carried out by an individual or by an agent not mandated by our establishment.
An item requiring installation cannot be returned or refunded after being installed on a vehicle. The labor required for product installation cannot be refunded either.

- Clothing when the tag is missing
To complete your return, proof of purchase or an original receipt is required. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer.
For certain exceptions, a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
- An item returned more than 30 days after the purchase or delivery date.
- An item returned within the 30-day period, but which is damaged or has missing parts.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item you wish to return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the product's receipt. You will receive another notification to inform you of the status of your refund.
An approved refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase within a few business days. Inventory liquidation items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Procedure for sending a returned item
To return your product, you can drop it off directly at your purchase branch, either Porsche Lauzon Laval or Porsche Rive-Sud. You can also send it by postal package to our address, either 2455 boul. Chomedey, Laval, QC, H7T 2W5 for Porsche Lauzon Laval or 1375 boul. des Promenades, Saint-Hubert, QC, J3Y 5K2 for Porsche Rive-Sud.
Shipping costs for returning an item cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from it.
If you send an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping method with a tracking number and consider purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item sent via postal service.
