What is the warranty on Porsche accessories?
If you have just purchased a Porsche vehicle and wish to add accessories to it before taking possession of it, the warranty will be 4 years or 80,000 km, ie the same as your new Porsche. In addition, as the accessories are installed by our specialists, you are sure to be able to fully use their capacities, in complete safety. If you buy an accessory for your current vehicle and have it installed by our specialists, it will be covered by a 2-year warranty with unlimited mileage. In the event of a problem, we invite you to contact us during the warranty period to have your accessory checked by one of our certified Porsche technicians.
Installation of accessories or parts on your vehicle
When purchasing an accessory or part for your Porsche, a Porsche specialist will contact you to schedule a service appointment to have it installed. In this way, you will benefit from the know-how of our Porsche certified technicians. You can also do the installation on your own. However, we recommend that you act with caution so that you can continue to benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on your item and not damage your Porsche. Choice of payment method
Our online store offers several easy and fast payment methods: by credit card using our secure payment platform or by Paypal. If you are taking delivery of your new vehicle soon, you can select the “Pre-Delivery Payment” option. You will be able to complete your order and a specialist will contact you to finalize the assembly.
Exchanges and refunds
Everyone can make mistakes! If the product you ordered is not the right size or no longer fits you, we will exchange it or refund it to you within30 days. Our return policy is 30 days following the purchase or delivery (if applicable) of the product. After this 30-days period, no item can be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been used or worn, and be in the same condition as at the time of purchase with the original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. Auto detailing or car care products that have been opened such as fuel additives or leather seat care products cannot be returned. Wheels and tires cannot be returned if they have been used. Equipment and accessories that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some items available on our online store must be installed on a vehicle. Although we offer an installation service for these accessories by our Porsche specialists, it is your right to want to install them yourself. We cannot be held responsible by you or a third party for the non-operation or damage caused to your vehicle due to an installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's standards carried out by a private individual or by an agent not mandated by our establishment.
An item requiring installation cannot be returned or refunded after it has been installed on a vehicle. Labor required to install the product is also not eligible for reimbursement.

To complete your return, proof of purchase or an original receipt is required. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer.

An item returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase or delivery.
An item returned within the 30-day period, but which is damaged or has certain parts missing.
Refunds (if applicable)

An approved refund will be issued to the credit card used for purchase within a few business days. Clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs for returning an item cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from it.
If you are sending an item over $75, you should consider using a carrier with a tracking number and consider purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of an item returned by postal service.
